We have got our office set up in Vishnu Vihar, which is in Sector-4 of Kharghar. Total Logistics (I). Pvt. Ltd has been operating out of Navi Mumbai for a good bit now. Logistics is basically just moving things from one place to another, but it is often harder than it sounds. Our day is usually filled with phone calls, checking on shipments, and making sure the paperwork is in order for the drivers. It is a practical kind of business. We do not have any flashy decorations in the office. There are just desks, chairs, and a lot of maps on the walls. Kharghar is a growing area, so there is always something new being built around us. It feels good to be part of the local scene here. Sometimes things go wrong, a truck gets delayed or a document gets lost, and we just have to fix it. We don't make a big deal out of things. The team here is small but we have worked together for a long time. We know how each other works. Vishnu Vihar is a decent spot to be located because it is easy for people to find. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and clients, trying to keep everyone happy. It is a lot of coordination and checking things twice. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get through the daily list of chores before heading home.
