We’re located at 16/A Nepensea Road on Malabar Hill. Our office is on the ground floor of the Alaknanda Building. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the rest of Mumbai. We’re right across from Katghara House and not too far from Manzoni. Working at Topspin India Health Care means we deal with a lot of boxes and medical supplies throughout the day. The ground floor location makes it easy to move things in and out, which is lucky because the stairs in these older buildings can be a real struggle. The office isn't very fancy. We have desks pushed against the walls and plenty of filing cabinets that are usually overflowing with paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hospitals and clinics, making sure they have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three deliveries arrive at the same time, and we have to scramble to find space on the floor. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or checking the inventory. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now, and we know the neighbors well. It’s a nice area to walk around during a break, even if we usually just end up sitting on the steps for five minutes. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
