We are located at 415 Swastik Chambers. Some people call it S T Road, but it’s officially Sion Trombay Road. It's a very busy stretch of road here in the Chembur area. Topack Ceramics has been running from this office for years. We focus on ceramic products meant for various industries. The office space is simple. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of product catalogs. It’s a practical environment for a practical business. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. Usually, if a visitor comes, we just pull up a chair next to one of the desks. We deal with a lot of regular clients who have been buying from us since the beginning. It's a lot of phone calls and ledger work. Sometimes the building gets a bit hot in the summer, so we have the fans going full blast. We know the tea seller downstairs very well. He brings us our morning and afternoon cups without us even asking. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the orders are accurate and the deliveries happen when they should. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. No corporate nonsense, just work. We close up around 6:30 and head home like everyone else. It is a good, honest way to spend the day.
