Our office is over in Chembur, at 415 Swastik Chambers on S T Road. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic on the main road can get pretty heavy during the morning rush. Topack Ceramics has been based here for a good while. We mostly deal with ceramic materials for industrial uses. It’s not the kind of ceramics you see in a gift shop. It's more about technical stuff that goes into manufacturing and chemical plants. The office is a bit cramped because we have boxes of samples tucked into every corner. We should probably clear some of it out, but we never get around to it. There are three of us here most days. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking stocks and talking to the plant managers. It’s a regular office, nothing special to look at. We have a small kettle for making coffee and a window that doesn't quite shut all the way. You can hear the buses going by outside. We like being in Chembur because it's easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't do much advertising. People find us because they need specific ceramic components and they heard we have them. We try to be helpful when people call with questions. That's the way we’ve always done it. We just focus on the orders and making sure the math is right.
