Tools (India) Distributors

We are located at number 39 Nagdevi Cross Lane, up on the second floor of the Botawala Building. If you have ever been to Nagdevi, you know how narrow and crowded the lanes can get. Our space is packed with all sorts of tools. We have been distributors for a long time, and our shelves are sagging a bit under the weight of heavy hardware. The PO Box is 3454, but most of our business happens right here in the building. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, and the hallway is usually filled with crates waiting to be moved. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It is a functional warehouse and office space. There is always a smell of machine oil and cardboard in the air. We spend our days checking manifests and making sure the right boxes go to the right people. The Botawala Building is old and has a lot of character, even if the lift is sometimes temperamental. We’ve known the other business owners on the lane for decades. It is a tight-knit community of traders. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our work is still done with pen and paper and a lot of heavy lifting. It’s a busy, gritty environment, but it’s what we know. We just keep sorting the tools and getting them out to the customers.
