We’re located in Balkum No 3 over in Thane West. If you’re looking for the place, it’s Ashirwad Niwas, and we are right by R K Tailors. It is a bit of a crowded area, but that’s just how Thane is these days. Our office is more like a small room where we keep all our logs and paperwork. It isn't a place with big signs or flashy lights. Since we handle logistics, there’s always a lot of coordination to do throughout the day. The phone rings a lot with drivers calling in about road conditions or delivery times. Mumbai traffic is a nightmare, so we spend a good chunk of our time just checking where the trucks are stuck. The room gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we have a decent fan that keeps things moving. There is no marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people the truth about when their stuff will arrive. Sometimes there are delays, and we just deal with them as they come. There’s a tea shop around the corner where we get our daily fix, and that’s where most of our local news comes from. The space is filled with old files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It’s a very down-to-earth kind of operation. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the work is done right before we head home to our families and relax.
