This office is located at the K.P. Reddy Estate, up on the fourth floor in unit D1. It’s right in the Kishanpura area. K. K. Manoj Kumar is the manager who looks after the mechanical work for the project. It’s a busy place because of the GLIS project work with Hindustan Construction Company. We aren't the type to worry about being fancy. Most of the day involves staring at plans or fixing equipment problems. If the lift is acting up, the fourth floor feels like a long climb, which happens more than we'd like. It’s a real working office, so you’ll always see blueprints or tools sitting out. We don’t bother with a receptionist at a front desk. Most people just walk in and find whoever is available. Since the estate is a well-known landmark, finding us isn't too difficult. Much of our time is spent discussing site work and keeping the crew organized. The environment is practical and no-nonsense. Without air conditioning in every single corner, it gets quite warm during the summer months. We just focus on getting the project finished. There is always noise from the street below, but we don’t even hear it anymore. It’s just how things are when you’re doing construction management in this part of town. It is a steady, hard-working environment for everyone involved here.
