Tnt Express

We are over at Challenger 1, specifically in Flat 805, which is in Thakur Village, Kandivilli East, Mumbai. This is where we run the Tnt Express operations for this area. Being in a place like Thakur Village means we are right in the middle of a lively community, so it’s not your typical boring office park. We have to deal with the Mumbai pace every day, which keeps us pretty busy from the moment we walk in. Our office is a simple setup on the eighth floor. We spend most of our time coordinating deliveries and making sure the local routes are being handled. We don’t have any big mission statements or promotional posters around. We just focus on the packages and the paperwork. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, but we just plan around it. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work. We know the streets of Kandivilli East quite well by now, which helps when things get backed up. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows what they need to do. We don't try to sound corporate or formal. We are just a group of people doing our bit to keep the parcels moving through the city. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but we just take it as it comes and try to stay on top of it.
