Throug Secretary, Security Guard Board To Central P.W.D.

We've been operating out of Palsoshi in the Bhor area for a while now. Most people around here know where we are, right in the Pune district. Our main work involves the Security Guard Board and how they coordinate with the Central P.W.D. It's a lot of paperwork and making sure the right people are at the right gates or buildings. It gets busy during the day when the shifts change. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the rosters sorted and handle the local admin stuff. Sometimes the weather out here in the Taluka makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains hard, but we keep the gates manned. We deal with the guards who come from all over the local villages. Everyone knows everyone else around here, so it feels more like a small community than a big government setup. We make sure the logs are kept and the schedules for the Central P.W.D. sites are updated. It’s a lot of back and forth between the main office and the sites. We don't have a big website or anything, just this physical spot where the guys check in. If you're coming from Pune, it's a bit of a drive, but we've been here long enough that we're used to the commute. We just focus on getting the daily security tasks done without too much fuss. It's steady work and keeps the local guys employed and the buildings safe for the long term.
