THM TOOLS (TOOLS & HARDWARE MART)

You’ll find THM TOOLS, or the Tools & Hardware Mart as some call it, at 66 Mohammed Ali Road. We’re on the first floor, right above the Bhaji Pala Post Office. If you know Mohammed Ali Road, you know it’s one of the busiest places you could ever be. There’s always people, carts, and motorcycles everywhere. Our shop is packed with all sorts of things—wrenches, hammers, power tools, and boxes stacked up to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze in here, to be honest. We know where everything is, even if it doesn’t look like it to someone walking in for the first time. We’ve been here for ages. The post office downstairs is a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s not a quiet place to work. You can hear the street noise all day long, but it keeps us energized. We don’t do fancy marketing or have a big team of sales people. It’s just us, some counters, and a lot of hardware. People come in looking for something specific, and we usually have it buried somewhere. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell people stuff they don't need. If we have it, we’ll tell you. If we don’t, we might know who does. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, face to face, right in the heart of the market. We just keep it simple.
