You can find Thinkstitute up on the second floor of the Samarpan Complex. We’re right there on New Link Road in Chakala, which is always buzzing with people and cars. Being near Sahar means we see a lot of the airport traffic, which is just part of the daily routine for us. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with papers and notebooks because we’re always jotting down ideas. We aren’t the type to have everything perfectly filed away in color-coded folders. It’s a bit more chaotic than that, but we know where everything is. The team here just likes to get stuck into the work. We handle consulting and things like that, mostly for businesses that need a bit of extra help with their planning. It’s a job that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky or when deadlines are breathing down our necks. There’s a lot of coffee involved, and occasionally someone brings in some snacks to keep the energy up. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lobbies. It’s just a practical workspace where we can focus on what matters. Dealing with the Sahar traffic is probably the hardest part of our day. Other than that, we’re just a small group of people working hard in a busy part of Mumbai, trying to keep our heads down and do right by the folks who hire us.
