Thermo Llc is based in Mumbai, which is in the state of Maharashtra. Everyone knows how busy Mumbai can be, and it is no different for us here. We are right in the middle of all the noise and the crowds that come with living in a big city like this. Our office is a practical space where we spend most of our hours during the week. It is not a shiny glass building like you see in the movies, but it is sturdy and it keeps the rain out during the monsoon season. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Working in Mumbai means you have to get used to the commute and the fast pace of everything. We are just one of many small companies trying to do our job well every day. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because we would rather focus on the tasks at hand. There is always a lot of traffic nearby, and you can hear the horns honking all day long. We have a small pantry where we make tea, which helps us stay awake when the afternoons get long. It is a simple life here at Thermo Llc, but we are used to it and we like being part of the Mumbai energy. We just keep our heads down and work.
