The Skin Mantra

We are based out of the Mahim United Industrial Estate on Mogul Lane in Matunga West. It’s an old industrial area, so the building has that worn-in look that comes with years of use. Inside unit 15, we spend our time working on different skincare items. It isn't like those fancy labs you see on television; it’s a practical space with stainless steel tables, scales, and lots of plastic containers. The air usually smells faintly of soap or herbal extracts. We are a small team, and we do most things by hand, from mixing to packing. Mogul Lane can be quite tight for vehicles, so we have to coordinate our pickups carefully. There’s a lot of routine involved in what we do, checking temperatures and making sure the lids are on tight. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone in suits. It’s just us in our aprons, making sure the batches come out right. The afternoon sun hits the windows in a way that makes the office quite bright, which is nice. We take our work seriously but we also have a laugh when things get stressful. It’s a busy little corner of Matunga where we just focus on making things that people use on their skin. No big promises, just steady work every day at The Skin Mantra. We just show up and keep the production line moving as smoothly as possible.
