We are based over in Ghatkopar East, specifically at Neelyog Apt in Pantnagar. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this side of Mumbai, but we’ve been here a long time. Our office is A1-702, and it’s a pretty standard place with plenty of files and some old desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of our time dealing with ships and everything that goes with them. It isn't as exciting as it sounds. Mostly, it is just a lot of paperwork and checking on where vessels are at any given hour. The guys here have been doing this for years, so we know the routine well. Mumbai is a busy port city, and we are just one small part of that whole machine. Some days the phones don't stop ringing because there is a delay at the docks or some issue with the cargo. Other days are surprisingly quiet, and we just catch up on the logs. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. You can hear the sounds of Gauri-Shankar Wadi outside most of the day. It’s a lively neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and focus on the logistics. Shipping takes a lot of patience because things rarely go exactly to plan. We've learned to just take the delays as they come and keep the records straight for everyone involved.
