We operate out of Renapur in Latur, right at the spot known locally as S/O C.B.Chavan. It’s a much more relaxed environment compared to the big cities, but the work we do is just as serious and technical. We focus on prestressed concrete, which is a big part of the local infrastructure being built around here. Our office is more like a workspace attached to a home or a local plot rather than a corporate suite. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team to handle things. It’s just a handful of us who know the area well and understand the local construction needs of the community. Often, people just walk in to talk about a project or ask for a bit of advice on some concrete work they’re doing. We have our files, our computers, and our equipment, and that’s about all we need. The pace is a bit different here; we usually take the time to have a cup of tea with anyone who stops by to chat. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, so most people know exactly where to find us when they need help. It’s a practical setup. We don't use big words or fancy talk, we just explain how things work in plain English. Our days are spent coordinating with laborers and making sure the materials are delivered to the right sites on time. It's honest work, and we like the fact that we can see the results in the roads nearby.
