The Frame Address

The Frame Address is located within the Bagaria Builders & Developers offices, specifically units 502 and 203. We are in Prospect Chambers, an old and quite famous building in the Fort area of Mumbai. If you look across the street, you’ll see the Thomas Cook building, which is a big landmark around here. Working in Fort is a unique experience because of the old architecture and the narrow streets. Prospect Chambers has those very high ceilings and large windows that let in a lot of light, but the building shows its age in the creaky floors and the slow elevators. We spend a lot of time moving between our two units on different floors. It’s a bit of a workout every day. The office isn't decorated in any special way. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files related to our framing and development work. We like the history of this place. You can hear the sounds of the city and the taxis honking from down below. It’s a busy, sometimes chaotic environment, but it feels right for Mumbai. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people working out of a historic building in a very busy part of town. It’s a bit dusty and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s where we do our thing every day. Sometimes we stay late and watch the street lights come on over Fort.
