The Flag Company

We are located at Shop No.1, Mazdoor Garib Sangh in Juhu. You’ll find us right opposite the petrol pump, which is the easiest way to tell people where to go. Being in Juhu is interesting because you get a mix of all kinds of people, from locals to folks just passing through. At The Flag Company, we spend our time making flags of all shapes and sizes. It’s a lot of sewing and checking fabrics to make sure they’ll hold up in the wind. The shop is small, so we have to stay organized or we’d run out of room to move. Most of the day, you’ll hear the sound of the sewing machines going. It’s a rhythm we’ve all gotten used to. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a honest local shop where we put in our hours and go home. Being near the petrol pump means there’s always cars pulling in and out, so it never feels lonely. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when the weather is nice just to take a break. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other shop owners on the block. It’s a decent place to work, and we take pride in the fact that our flags end up flying all over the place. We don't do fancy advertising, we just do our work and let people find us.
