The Arts Trust

The Arts Trust is tucked away on the 3rd floor of the Commercial Union House, which is part of the Fgp Centre. We are located at 9 Wallace Street, right in the heart of the Fort area. If you’ve ever walked around Fort, you know the buildings have a lot of character and history. Our building is no different. It’s got that old-school feel with high ceilings and a bit of a slow elevator. Working on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always busy with people heading to their offices or the various shops nearby. It’s a very central spot, which makes it easy for people to visit, though the traffic in Fort can be a real nightmare during rush hour. Inside, the space is filled with papers, files, and all the things we need to keep things running. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a working space where we actually get things done. We spend a lot of time here, and it’s become like a second home to us. There’s something about being in Wallace Street that makes the work feel more grounded. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our desks and our daily list of things to do. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest place to work, and we like it that way.
