Thaker'S Estate Services Llp is located down in Lower Parel West, right in the middle of the Sun Mill Compound area. Our office is on the ground floor of Adhyaru Industrial Estate, at St 1. Being so close to Phoenix Mall means it’s always crowded outside, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading out. We’ve got a simple shop front where we handle all our estate paperwork and talk to people coming in about property matters. The space isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and the filing cabinets we need for all the documents we keep. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and people dropping by to ask about local spots or price trends in this part of Mumbai. It gets a bit noisy with the industrial estate activity and the traffic from the main road, but we are used to it by now. We usually start the morning with a quick check on new listings and then spend the rest of the day sorting through details for our clients. There isn’t much flash here, just some chairs for visitors and a small pantry area for making coffee. It is a very hands-on kind of place where we deal with real people and real issues every single day.
