Our office is set up in the Narmada Housing Society over in Airoli. Being in a residential building means it feels more like a home than a stiff office. You’ll find us in A 101. It’s a quiet enough spot, though you can hear the neighbors going about their lives during the day. We started this group because we wanted to handle business in a way that felt right to us. Mostly, we deal with local projects and help out people who need our specific skills. The desk is usually covered in papers, and there is always a pot of tea going somewhere. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls and shiny floors. It's just a regular room where we sit down and solve problems. Airoli is a good place for us because everything is close by. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the security guards at the gate. It feels like we are part of the community here. Work starts early, and we often stay late if there is a deadline coming up. We don't use fancy titles or give big speeches. We just look at what needs to be done today and do it. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area if the main desk is too cluttered. It’s practical and it works for what we do. We like the setup this way and don't plan on moving to a fancy business park anytime soon.
