Our space is on the third floor, unit 301, in the Lakhani Centurium building over in CBD Belapur, Section 15. Tesa Tapes India Pvt Ltd is what the sign on the door says. It’s a modern enough building for this part of Navi Mumbai. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of tape samples. You wouldn't believe how many different kinds of tape there are until you work here. The office has a decent view of the area, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. It’s a quiet place for the most part, just the sound of typing and some phone conversations. We aren't a huge group, so we all know each other well. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which is quite a climb. We just handle the logistics and sales for the tapes from here. It’s not as exciting as a factory, but it’s where the planning happens. We don't go in for big corporate retreats or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and maybe go for a walk in the evening when the weather is good. It’s a straightforward office job in a busy commercial hub. We just keep things moving along without any big drama. The coffee machine is usually broken, so we walk down to the nearby shop for tea.
