Our office is down in Fort, specifically at 10-11 in the Prospect Chamber Annex on Dr. D.N. Road. It’s an old part of the city, and we’ve been here at Tempo Instruments & Equipments for quite a long time now. We handle various types of instruments and lab equipment. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we just see it as a job that needs doing right. The building has that classic feel you find in the Fort area. We have our desks set up and plenty of space for the equipment we manage. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we manage to find what we need. People come by when they need parts or new setups for their labs. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking what needs to be shipped out that day. Being in Mumbai, things can get pretty hectic outside on the street, but inside it’s mostly just us working through the inventory. We aren't a huge team, just a few people making sure the instruments are ready to go. We don't really have a big sales pitch or anything. We just provide the equipment and help out if something isn't working like it should. It’s practical work. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know where to find us on D.N. Road. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way.
