You can find Tembulkar Nikhil Ramesh over in Andheri West at A-1. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy for people to get to us. The office isn't anything special. It’s just a room with enough space for us to do our daily work. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of Andheri. It’s always moving, always loud. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. There isn't much hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and get the work done. The furniture is a bit worn out, but it’s comfortable enough for a long day's work. We don't really follow a strict corporate manual. We just handle things as they come. If a client has a problem, we sit down and talk about it until it’s fixed. We drink a lot of coffee to keep our energy up. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through files. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work and letting people talk. It’s been working for us so far. The A-1 address is easy to remember, which helps. We like being in Andheri West. There is always something happening, and it keeps us feeling connected to the city. We close up around seven most nights after finishing the paperwork.
