We are located on the second floor of Shanta Sadan, which is right on Pandurang Wadi Road Number 4 in Goregaon East. Our units are 11, 12, and 13A. It’s a busy area, and the building has that typical Mumbai feel where everyone is always on the move. Inside, we have a bunch of workstations where we deal with different kinds of tech equipment and circuit boards. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine; there are wires hanging around, soldering irons on the tables, and a few old monitors used for testing. We spend our hours looking at small parts and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. The light in the office is a bit bright to help us see the tiny components, and there’s usually some low-level chatter between the staff about technical problems. We take our lunch breaks together, often getting something from the stalls downstairs on the street or just bringing tiffins from home. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but we are used to it by now. We don't do much in terms of promotion; we just do our work, fix the tech stuff that comes in, and hand it back to the customers when it’s ready. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here every day where we just focus on the electronics.
