We’re located at number 16 in the Waman Patil Industrial Estate. It’s right near the old Dukes factory in Chembur, which is a pretty well-known landmark for anyone around here. The estate is always busy with small businesses and deliveries. Our unit isn’t very big, but it’s got enough room for what we do. We’ve been in Chembur for years, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Inside our space, it’s mostly workbenches and some testing equipment. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of that corporate stuff. Usually, there’s a couple of us working on various electronics or checking parts. It can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in, but we try to keep a path clear. People stop by when they need technical help or specific parts they can't find elsewhere. We aren't really the type to have a big website with lots of photos. We prefer just getting the job done. Sometimes the noise from the neighbors can be a bit much, but you get used to it. It’s a solid place to work, and we know most of the other guys in the estate. We don’t use scripts when we talk to people; we just tell them what’s possible and what isn’t. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it keeps life a bit simpler for everyone involved. We just stay focused on the tasks we have each morning.
