Tekfen Construction & Inst. Co.

Tekfen Construction & Inst. Co. operates out of Flat No -14 in the Sai Sagar Building. We are right there in the Sai Baba Complex on Ciba Road. If you know Goregaon East, you know it’s a crowded area. Our office is modest, just a few rooms where we keep our blueprints and site reports. We spend a lot of time out at job sites, so the office is often quiet except for the phone ringing. Mumbai construction is a tough business with all the rain and the permits, but we’ve been doing this at 400063 for some time. We handle the installation side of things too, so it’s not just bricks and mortar. Sometimes the elevators in the complex are slow, but we manage. We aren't some massive firm with a glass skyscraper. We are just a team trying to get buildings finished correctly. We deal with contractors and workers all day long. It gets loud and messy on site, then we come back here to finish the paperwork. My desk is covered in coffee stains and site drawings. We try to be practical about how we build. There’s always something to fix or a new project starting up in the city. Living and working in Goregaon keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and do the work we promised to do for people.
