Our business, TECHEXPRESS INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES PVT. LTD., is based in D-9 at Udyog Sadan-2. We are located in the MIDC area of Andheri East. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who works here will tell you. The traffic on the way to the office can be a real headache, but once we’re inside, it’s a bit more peaceful. The building is an older one and has that classic industrial look to it. We have a lot of racks filled with different supplies and tools for industrial use. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a new shipment arrives. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and know most of the other people in the building. There’s a small canteen nearby where we sometimes go for snacks. The office doesn't have much in the way of style. It’s mostly just metal desks and a few old computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customers and checking our ledgers. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a small, dedicated crew here and we all know our roles. We just try to keep things moving and get the orders out on time every day without making too much of a fuss.
