Tech Solutions is based in Vile Parle East, right near the Suncity Cinema. We’re in Shashtri Smruti Building, occupying office number 2. Working in this part of Mumbai means things move pretty fast. We deal with a lot of computer-related issues, networking, and general tech support for the people living and working nearby. M.G. Road is usually crowded, but it’s a good place for a business like ours because everyone needs help with their gadgets sooner or later. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us who know our way around a motherboard and software. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting problems that crop up or setting up new systems for small offices in the area. We don’t use complicated words to explain what’s wrong; we just fix it. Sometimes it’s a quick software patch, other times we have to pull things apart. Being close to the cinema makes it easy for clients to find us. We’ve had this shop for some time now and have seen tech change quite a bit. Our approach stays the same though—just practical help for whatever device is acting up. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just keep our heads down and work through the pile of repairs we have for the day. It is just honest work that keeps us busy from morning to night.
