Tech Nowa

Tech Nowa is over in Mahim West, specifically in Units 2 and 3 of the Khatija Building. We are right opposite Akram Terrace. If you know the area near Mahim Dargah, you won’t have much trouble finding us. It’s a very lively neighborhood with a lot of history and people always walking around. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have these two units where we set up our desks and equipment. It’s not a huge office, but it fits us just right. Being near the Dargah means there is a certain energy to the place that you don't find elsewhere. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the streets change over the years. The Khatija Building is an older structure, so it has its quirks, like the occasional plumbing issue or a slow elevator. But we like it here. It feels like we are part of the local community. We aren't corporate types in suits. We are just regular people working on tech stuff in a busy part of Mumbai. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic and the crowds outside, but we just put our heads down and get to it. It’s a honest way to make a living in Mahim. We usually eat our lunch at the small desks in unit three because it has the better view of the street.
