Team Telesystems is tucked away in the New India Industrial Estate in Andheri East. Our address is 114, and we’re just off Mahakali Caves Road. Most people know the area because of the Paper Box Factory nearby. It’s a busy part of MIDC, with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day. The estate itself is one of those places where everyone is busy with their own manufacturing or technical work. We’ve got a decent-sized spot at number 114. It’s not very fancy. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and there are cables running along the corners because of what we do. Andheri East has this specific energy where everything feels like it’s in a rush. We fit right into that. During the rains, the road outside can get a bit messy, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We spend our days answering calls and fixing things. The office has a small window that doesn't show much besides the side of the next building, but it lets in a bit of light. We have a few old desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. It’s a practical setup. People come by when they need something handled, and we’re usually there, surrounded by equipment. It’s a straightforward life in the industrial estate, and we wouldn’t have it any other way right now. We just focus on the task at hand.
