Taurian Exim Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Gold Coin Building, right in the heart of Zaveri Bazar. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and intense Zaveri Bazar can be. We are at 199/201, and our office is usually a hive of activity. Since we’re in the export-import business, we are always watching the clock for different time zones. The hallways in the building are narrow, and there’s always someone running past with a heavy bag or a stack of papers. Our office is functional, nothing too special to look at. We have some computers, a lot of files, and a very busy phone line. We deal with various goods, and the market prices change so fast it can make your head spin. We spend a lot of time negotiating and checking quality. It’s a high-pressure environment sometimes, especially when a shipment is stuck at the port. We don't have much room for error, so we stay focused. The team here knows the market inside out, but we don't act like experts. We just do the work. Lunch is usually whatever we can grab quickly from the street vendors downstairs. It’s noisy, it’s hot, and it’s always busy, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We wouldn't know what to do with ourselves if it were quiet. The day ends late, and then we do it all over again tomorrow.
