If you walk down Homi Mody Street in the Fort area, you’ll find us at number 24. It’s known as Bombay House. It’s an old building, very sturdy and has been here for a long time. People around here know the spot well. It’s usually pretty crowded on the street outside with cars and people rushing to their own jobs. Inside, things are a bit quieter, but there’s always something going on. We don’t really spend time making things look perfect for visitors. It’s more about getting the daily work finished. There are a lot of desks and piles of papers that seem to grow if you don’t look at them for a day. We’ve got a few different floors where everyone does their part for Tata Group. Some of us have been here for decades, seeing the neighborhood change around us while the building stays mostly the same. The hallways are narrow in some places and you’ll often run into someone you know while walking to get water. It isn't a flashy setup. We just have our routines and stick to them. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit much, especially during the festivals, but you get used to it after a while. It’s just a regular workplace where we come every morning, do what needs doing, and head home in the evening. Nothing too complicated about it.
