We've been at Shree Mangal in Borivali West for a while now. Our office is tucked away in rooms 1 and 2 on Plot 687-688. It’s a busy spot near Derasar Lane. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the shutters and getting the fans going. It gets quite warm in Haridas Nagar during the summer months, but we manage. We have a few desks set up and files stacked in the corners because things tend to pile up when you’re busy. Most of the day is spent handling orders and talking to people who come by. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where we get through the task list. Sometimes the traffic on the lane gets loud, but that's just part of being in this area of Mumbai. We keep the paperwork organized as much as possible, though there’s always a stray ledger somewhere. There is a small tea stall nearby that we frequent. The office feels lived-in. We don’t have a big reception area or anything flashy. People know where to find us if they need something. We focus on getting the work done and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's a steady routine here. Sometimes we stay late when the shipments are heavy, and other times we finish right on time. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood over the years.
