TAPARIA TOOLS LIMITED

Our business, TAPARIA TOOLS LIMITED, is based in the Shah & Nahar estate in Lower Parel. We are in units 423 and 424 on the 2nd floor of the A-2 wing. Lower Parel is a very different place now than it was years ago, but our building still has that old industrial feel. It’s a busy spot with people constantly moving in and out of the elevators. We deal with all kinds of hand tools. The office is usually cluttered with samples, catalogs, and boxes waiting to be shipped out. It’s not the kind of place with modern art on the walls. We just have desks and a lot of people talking on the phones. We’ve been here for a long time, so we know the routine of the building and the local tea sellers. Working in Mumbai means you're always dealing with the rain or the heat, and this office has seen plenty of both. We don't try to sound like a big corporation even though we’ve been around for a while. We just handle the distribution and the orders as they come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic when a big shipment is being organized, but we always manage to get through it. We just focus on the basics and try to be reliable for our clients. It’s a straightforward, busy life here in the heart of the city.
