Our office is located up on the 2001 floor of Siddhi Vinayak Tower in Dahisar East. We’re right near L.T. Road, which is a pretty central spot in this part of Mumbai. Tanvi Construction Pvt Ltd. has been operating from here for a while, and the view from the tower gives us a good look at the city we are building in. Construction in a city like Mumbai is never simple. There are always permits to chase, rains to worry about, and the constant hum of the city to work around. We spend our time managing different sites and trying to keep everything organized from this office. It’s a professional space, but we keep it pretty relaxed. We aren't the type of people who like big corporate meetings; we’d rather be out at the site looking at the actual work. Our team is small enough that everyone knows what’s going on with every project. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here in Dahisar. We’ve seen a lot of growth in this area and we like being part of it. We don't really do the whole "best in the business" talk. We just focus on the buildings and making sure they are solid. It’s hard work and it takes a lot of coordination between different people, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. Just a group of people in a Mumbai tower trying to get things built right.
