We are located at Mission Road 274 in Dadar West. It is a bit of a walk from the main station, but people still manage to find their way to our door. The kitchen is where most of the action happens, with a lot of chopping and prep work starting long before we actually open for the day. We have to deal with a lot of fresh herbs and ingredients that don't stay good for long, so we are always checking the inventory. The staff is a small group, and we all have to pitch in with everything from taking orders to washing the floors at the end of the night. The building is older, so we sometimes have to fix a leaky tap or a flickering light bulb ourselves. We don't have any fancy uniforms, just some aprons that have seen better days. During the evening rush, the whole place smells like garlic and chili, and the sound of the exhaust fan is always running in the background. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task in front of us. Most of the time, we’re too busy to even look out the window at the traffic on Mission Road. It’s honest work, and we just try to get through the day without too much trouble. It's just a regular Thai place run by regular people who show up every morning.
