We have been doing this work at Talib & Shamshi Construction Pvt. Ltd. for quite a while now. Based out of Nashik, Maharashtra, our main focus is just getting the jobs done as they come in. Our office is simple because we prefer being where the work is happening. Construction is just what we know. It’s hard work, dusty, and loud, but seeing a project finish up is a good feeling for the whole team. We don’t really go in for fancy talk or big promises. We just look at the plans, talk to the crew, and start building. Some days are long, starting before the sun is really up, but that is how it goes in this industry. People in Maharashtra know that building things takes patience. We’ve had some learning moments over the years, as you do with any business.
