We have been at 134 Lohar Chawl for a long time now. The Diamond Building is easy to find if you know this area at all. It is always busy around here with people coming and going for all sorts of hardware and electrical stuff. We just focus on getting the work done and helping whoever walks through the door. It is a tight space but we usually have what people need in stock. My father used to say that being in the heart of the market is what really matters for a business like ours. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. There are boxes everywhere and the phone rings a lot throughout the day. Sometimes it is even hard to hear over the noise from the street outside but that is just how it is in this part of town. We handle the daily orders and try to make sure the accounts are right. If you come by you will see us mostly sorting through stock or talking to regular customers who have been coming here for years. We are not trying to change the world or anything. We just want to keep the business moving. It is a lot of manual work and checking lists. We stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There is not much more to it than that. Just a small team in an old building doing what we know how to do.
