System Architect Engineers

We are located in Santacruz West, specifically over in the Pearl Queen apartment building, unit 12/B on Bagalagunte Main Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and people, so finding us the first time can be a little tricky with all the turns. We handle the engineering side of things along with the architecture. Our workspace is usually filled with messy papers, old rolls of drawings, and a couple of computers that get quite loud when we're running heavy software. It’s definitely not a polished showroom. It’s just where we get the actual work done. We deal with a lot of local structural issues because buildings around Santacruz can be quite old or were built on very tight lots. Usually, a typical day involves someone calling about a cracked beam or wanting to see if they can add another floor without the whole thing being a safety problem. We aren't a big firm with a receptionist or anything like that. Most of the time, whoever is free just answers the door or the phone. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside on the main road, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure the math works out for the contractors on site. It’s mostly about the technical details that people don’t usually see once the paint is on the walls. We’ve been at this spot for quite a bit now.
