Synthoex

Synthoex is located in Unit No 3, A Wing of the Bharat Industrial Estate. We are right off Lake Road, just opposite Hind Rectifier in Bhandup West. It is a typical industrial estate vibe here with lots of noise, trucks moving in and out, and that smell of grease and metal in the air. We have been in this unit for a while. It is not a huge space, but we have managed to fit all our machinery and the packing area inside. Being in Bhandup West means the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our shipping done early in the morning. We make various industrial products and chemicals, the kind of stuff that other factories need to keep their own lines moving. It is dusty work and we all wear overalls most of the time. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a computer that has seen better days. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people we have known in the industry for twenty years. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves. It is a hands-on kind of life. We like being in the middle of the action here in the estate. It feels like real work is happening every day when you hear the shutters going up.
