We spend most of our time here at Synoprene Polymers dealing with all sorts of polymer materials. It is a bit of a specialized field, but we have been doing it for quite a while now. Our location is actually kept confidential for some business reasons, but we are very much active every single day. Usually, the day starts with checking the raw materials and seeing what needs to be processed next. It gets quite busy around the office. People often ask what exactly we do with these polymers, and it’s mostly about making sure the specs are right for whatever they end up being used for. It’s not flashy work at all. Just a lot of weighing, mixing, and keeping an eye on the machines. Some of the guys have been with us for years, so they know the routines inside out. We don’t really go in for big meetings or fancy presentations here. It’s more about getting the orders sorted and out the door on time. Sometimes the equipment acts up, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a valve or cleaning out a tank, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a practical environment. We have our coffee breaks together and just talk about the day’s tasks. It’s just us doing our bit in the industry without too much noise about it. That is basically who we are and what happens here.
