Synetic Healthcare

You can find us over at Plot No-9 in Pratap Nagar. It’s in the Jogeshwari East area, which is always moving. The office for Synetic Healthcare is not very big. We have a lot of things packed into a small space. It’s a typical Mumbai neighborhood where everything is close together. You can hear the neighbors and the street noise all day long. We spend most of our time here coordinating things. There are always boxes coming in or going out. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a large shipment, but we managed to figure out a system. We don't have a reception desk or a fancy sign out front. It’s just a door and a workspace. The walls are a bit plain and the flooring has seen better days. But it’s where we get everything done. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we don't need many rules. We just know what needs to happen each day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. We don't spend money on expensive office gadgets. We just use what we have and keep moving. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re just a small team in Jogeshwari trying to stay on top of the daily workload and get through the week.
