We are based in a chawl at Ganesh Chowk in the Kajupada area of Borivali East. It is a busy part of Mumbai and our office reflects that reality. Synergy Property Dev Ser Pvt Ltd is not a place with shiny glass walls or fancy elevators. Instead, we have a small space where the fan usually clicks and the noise from the street comes right through the windows. We spend our days dealing with property development paperwork and checking on building sites nearby. If you call, you just get one of us. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes it hard to get out to the sites, but we manage to stay on top of things as much as possible. Our focus is just on the practical work that needs to be done every day. We know the local area well because we are right here in the middle of it. It is honest work and we do it in a way that makes sense for this part of Borivali.
