We are located way up on the 5th floor of the Shah T building, which is part of Shriji Nagar Society-2 in Malad East. It’s a bit of a trek if the elevator is being slow, which happens more often than I’d like. Downstairs, Kapodra Varachha Road is always a mess of traffic and noise, but once you get up to Office No 2, things are a bit quieter. We spend our days making wraps and getting things ready for people who come by or order out. It’s an odd spot for a food place, being in an office building, but it works for us. We have a small kitchen area tucked away in the corner. The view from the window isn't much, just other buildings and the tops of some trees, but it lets in some light. Most of the time, it’s just us working through a pile of orders. We don't have a big fancy sign or a storefront on the street. People usually find us because they work nearby or someone told them where we were. The floor is made of that old grey tile and we have to mop it constantly because of all the flour and bits that fall while we’re working. It’s a simple setup. No big bells or whistles, just a regular kitchen on a high floor trying to keep up with the daily rush from the street below.
