Swatik Developers is based over in Mumbai, specifically in the Dahisar East area. Our office is in the Hari Darshan building, which is C-201 on C.S.C. Road Number 2 in Anand Nagar. It’s a solid location for a development firm because things are always growing around here. We spend our time looking at plans and trying to figure out how to make the next project work out. Being in Dahisar means we see a lot of the city's changes firsthand. Our office isn't one of those high-rise glass towers you see downtown. It’s just a regular room where we sit down and get the math right. We don't have a team of people in suits. Most of the time we are in casual clothes, talking to contractors or checking on site updates to see how the work is progressing. Dealing with property and development in Mumbai is a lot of hard work and there are always hurdles, but we just take them one at a time. We don't use big words to describe what we do here. We just build things and try to make sure they stand up well for the families who move in. If you are walking around Anand Nagar, you might pass by our building. We are just local developers trying to do a decent job for the people who live in this part of town without any fuss.
