Swastik Rolling Shutters

If you go down Govandi Station Road, you'll find us at Swastic House. We’re right near Satyam Industrial Estate, which is always packed with trucks and people moving things. We make rolling shutters. It’s noisy work, lots of metal hitting metal and welding going on throughout the day. We’ve been in Deonar for years and most people around here know where we are. It’s not a quiet job. We spend most of our time measuring metal slats and fixing springs. Sometimes the grease gets everywhere, and the floors are never really clean for long. We don't have a fancy showroom. What you see is just where we work. People come to us when they need a shop front covered or a warehouse door fixed. We do the work, load it up, and that’s it. Some days are slower than others, especially when the rain hits hard and the road outside gets muddy. We’ve got a small team, mostly guys who have been doing this for a long time. They know how to handle the heavy steel and the machinery. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the shutters. It’s steady work, and we like being close to the station because it makes it easier for the staff to get in. There isn't much to say other than we work with metal and we’ve been here a long time now.
