If you’re looking for Swastik Enterprises, we are at room 103 in Kamlakar Mhatre House. It’s right near the Sai Dham Apartments on Eksar Road. If you know Borivali West, you know how busy it gets. The traffic on Eksar Road is something else, especially during the morning rush. Our place is in the Tale Pakhadi area. It’s an old building, not one of those new glass towers. We share the space with other small businesses and families. The stairs can be a bit steep, but we’re on the first floor, so it’s not too bad. Inside, it’s pretty tight. We have our files, some computers, and a lot of stuff piled up. Mumbai is always humid, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze, even though the noise from the street comes right in. You can hear the rickshaws honking and the neighbors talking downstairs. It’s a real neighborhood vibe. We’ve been in this spot for years. It’s handy because the station isn't too far, but getting there in the rain is always a struggle. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small plate near the door. It’s a practical little office for our daily work. We get in early to beat the heat and stay until the work is done. It’s just a normal Mumbai workspace. No frills, just us doing what we need to do to keep things moving. It gets the job done.
