Suyog Tools & Moulding Works

We are out in New Panvel, at plot number 17 on the 100 Feet Road. Our workshop is part of the Metro Industrial Estate, right behind Maharashtra Saw Mills. You can usually hear the saws from the mill next door when our own machines are quiet. At Suyog Tools & Moulding Works, we deal with a lot of heavy moulds. The floor is thick concrete because it has to take the weight. It’s a dusty environment, especially with the saw mill being so close. We have been in the Metro estate for a while. The 100 Feet Road is broad, but it’s always busy with trucks moving in and out. Inside, it’s all about the metal and the heat. Moulding isn’t a clean job. Our clothes usually have a few holes from sparks or stains from the grease. We don't have a fancy lobby. You just walk straight into the work area. We work mostly by routine. Every morning we check the equipment and start the day's run. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people who need tools or moulds just know we are back here behind the mills. It's a tough environment, especially in the summer, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and finish the pieces. There’s always another mould to finish or a tool to sharpen.
