We are based out of Plot Number 24 in Karve Nagar, over in Somalwada. It’s actually at W S Wagh’s place, so it feels more like a home office than a big corporate building. Working in Nagpur has its own rhythm. We handle real estate stuff, mostly helping people find bits of land or houses nearby. It’s a local thing. We know the streets around Karve Nagar like the back of our hand. Sometimes we spend the whole day on the phone or driving around to show plots to interested families. It isn't always glamorous, and there is a lot of paperwork involved in real estate. We just try to get through it without too much fuss. People in Nagpur appreciate when you speak to them directly. We don't use fancy brochures or anything. Just a simple desk and a notebook usually. Sometimes the weather gets really hot here, so we do most of our meetings in the morning or late evening. Being in a residential area like Somalwada makes it easy for clients to drop by after work. It’s a practical setup for us. We've been doing this for a bit and plan to stay right here. It’s not a huge operation, but it keeps us busy and we like the neighborhood. We focus on what is right in front of us. Most of our clients are just neighbors or people from the next block over.
