Down here at 11, Sona Udyog, things are always moving. We’re located on Parsi Panchayat Road in Andheri East, which anyone who knows the area can tell you is a real hub of activity. It’s an industrial vibe through and through. Suru International Pvt. Ltd. occupies this space, and it’s where we handle all our medical manufacturing and distribution. The building has that solid, older feel to it. We aren't tucked away in some shiny glass tower; we are right where the work happens. The hallways can be a bit cramped when we’re moving crates, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. Our staff knows the routine by heart now. We deal with a lot of different products, so the warehouse floor is always a bit of a puzzle to keep tidy. Lunchtime usually means heading out to the local stalls or sitting in the break area chatting about the day. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We make things, we pack them, and we send them out. It’s hard work, especially when the humidity hits in Andheri, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. The traffic on Parsi Panchayat Road can be a headache, so we plan our shipments around the worst of it. It’s just how we operate. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a desk and some chairs where we talk business.
